Returns/Exchanges
New unopened products can be returned for a refund within 7 days after delivery. If you created a Customer Account you can initiate your return from your Account menu, if you checkout as a guest you will need to do a manual return by sending your items with your invoice number to one of the addresses below. We don't have to receive the return within 7 days, your return needs to be initiated within 7 days. Clearance out of date items can not be returned under any circumstances.
Please Note: Because DollarFanatic.com owned and operated by Dollar Fanatic LLC is a Discount Online Dollar Store Outlet with Free Shipping & Handling which has an extreme cost, we can not accept traditional Returns/Refunds. We can only extend a 7 day return period, however we may also accept Exchanges if products are damaged during the delivery process. Also we try our best to take care of ALL of our customers, so if there is a unique situation, we will deal with it on a case by case basis in an expedited fashion. We want all of our customers happy, so if you have questions please ask prior to purchase.
